Pump with oil filled, ball bearing, steel gear transmission mounted on 8" x 20" aluminum channel with 1 HP air motor, air pressure regulator and gauge, pulleys, belt, and belt guard. Pump speed controlled by pressure regulator setting, not to exceed about 30 PSIG for 200 RPM maximum pump speed. Specify tubing material and ID.

  • Specify Tubing Material: Neoprene, Hypalon, etc.
    NOTE: Choose proper Tubing material for fluid to be pumped using Chemical Resistance Chart.
  • Specify Motor Type for Fixed-Speed Electric Pumps by substituting 1, 2, or 3 for # sign (1 for open frame motor, 2 for totally enclosed motor, 3 for explosion-proof motor).
  • All Series 110 Pumps supplied with roller assembly adjustable for 3/32", 1/8", 5/32", and 3/16" tubing wall thickness.
